Rest and painkillers can mask it, but they don’t tell you why it hurts. We look past the symptoms to find the cause, then build hands-on treatment and exercises around how you actually live, so you can get back to doing what you love.
Here's what we usually get asked
Complete the short questionnaire above to access our booking page and choose a suitable appointment.
You don’t need a referral for a private physiotherapy appointment.
We’ll discuss your symptoms, goals, health history and what you want to get back to doing. Your physio will assess your movement and strength, explain their findings and work with you on a treatment plan to reach your desired outcome.
The number of appointments will depend on your starting point, what you want to achieve and how you respond to treatment. During your assessment, we’ll discuss your goals and recommend a plan, then review your progress and adjust it as needed.
You may be eligible for a rebate if your extras policy includes physiotherapy. Check with your health fund to confirm your cover, limits and expected out of pocket costs.
You’ll find us at 1 Main Street, Mornington VIC 3931.
One of our most unique aspects is our access to Train 24/7’s fully equipped gym and Reformer Pilates beds. This allows us to take your rehabilitation beyond the treatment room, with more options for complex conditions, everyday recovery and high level sport.
We combine a discussion about your symptoms and goals with an assessment of your movement, strength and function. If you have previous notes from a health professional we also take a look at that. This helps us understand what may be contributing to your discomfort and guide your treatment.
Our approach brings together physiotherapy, exercise and strength training. Your plan focuses on helping you manage pain, build physical capacity and work towards the activities that matter to you.
Yes. We offer sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation tailored to the demands of your activity. We’ll work with you on a gradual return to training and competition.
No. Whether your goal is returning to sport, walking comfortably or making everyday tasks easier, we’ll tailor your plan to your starting point.
We understand how frustrating it is to invest time and money in treatment and still feel stuck. We’ll explore what’s been tried and what needs a different approach. With access to a fully equipped gym, we can take your rehabilitation beyond traditional physio equipment, combining hands on care with tailored strength training, clear goals and regular progress reviews.
We’ll set goals together and review changes in your symptoms, movement, strength and ability to do everyday activities. Your plan can then be adjusted as your needs change.
